Not Losing Belly Fat
Hi,
A guy ask’s, I am not losing belly fat.”
Can anyone help?
“Looking on some advice on the best way of reducing my belly.
On the whole people would think I’m very slim BUT I know I have a bit of a belly.
Know I’m not alone as a middle aged man (45) but find it really annoying that no matter what I do I
can’t shift it from there.
I’m pretty fit and run, play football as well as cycle.
Diet is ok, don’t eat much fruit and vegetables but on the other hand don’t have a lot of bad/junk food.
I know alcohol can be a big issue but only drink at weekends – bottle wine or few beers.
Anyone have any tips and advice? Or do I just accept that’s what happens with age as I still want
to enjoy life and not give up all nice food and drink!”

Thanks for the question Rock Bus!
It was my mum’s birthday last weekend she was 90 years of age. She lives by herself and still drives
and washes her own car.
She has a diet that is basic and with little processed food. Does not drink every week.
Just on a special occasion a glass of whisky and dry or wine.
No fast food joints for her. Just home cooked meals that nourish the body.
When I was young, about 14 I started to eat a healthy diet with a salad for lunch.
Now, this is not radical, although back 44 years ago you were called a “health nut.”
Only a small proportion of the population ate this way back then. My mum would say just eat to
enjoy like everyone else.
Ok maybe, not for me thought I wanted to get fit. I had a goal to achieve. I had a dream to run and
become a national long distance champion.
Do you really believe that you can have a diet with minimal fruit and vegetables and be healthy?
And top that off with a bottle of wine every weekend. Plus a few gin and tonics!
You need to cut back on the alcohol, like my mum. Only a glass or two on the weekend and also
include specific exercises that will speed the burning of fat.
Not to mention to eat more fruit and veges.
You see, what seems like a good diet for you is but a below average diet for someone who is fit.
By changing your mindset and having goals, weight loss is possible.
The biggest thing is that you need someone to direct you and a schedule to follow.
I actually cut back totally to 1 glass of wine and made sure I eliminated deserts and sugar.
I started a program and I have shrunk my belly fast. It is the no BS way to fight belly fat and
build a powerful physique in the shortest possible time.
The workout program will give you a complete education on how to shrink belly fat and tone
muscles for men over 40. There is a women’s program as well included free.
