1 Year Of Workout Program
1 Year Ago I Had A Build Up Of Belly Fat And Didn’t Feel Fit At All.
I was searching for a system to tone up and “Burn” belly fat.To get fit and feel good about myself.I live next to the beach and wanted to be able to feel good when going for a swim. I started a program form home only twice per week to start with.
Building to 3 times per week. Some running on other days to get in a good cardio workout. Combined with a diet that included lots of veggies and fish.
The results were in 6 months I was transformed. More muscle, stronger, less belly fat , my clothes fitted better and a six pack starting to appear.
Not bad for 58 years old.
The benefits were better sleep, less snoring whilst sleeping, more energy and more confidence when at the beach. Long term there are many benefits as exercise has shown be a factor in slowing ageing. It keeps your brain young and prevents the onset of Alzheimers.
Plus there are many more benefits to health and productivity. I started a workout program and found it simple and easy to stick with.
