“My problem is I am only fat around the belly. The rest of me is skinny. By the time I lose the belly fat my face is sunken like a meth head. What do I need to do to lose just the belly fat?”

Losing fat and toning up does not mean you have to lose muscle.
It’s the last thing that I would want to see happen. Shrink away like you have anorexia is not healthy.
You need to concentrate on getting fit and eating right. Incorporate some of your favourite cardio, mix it up. Develop strength and muscle is the difference between losing fat and toning up or looking like a “meth head” and shrinking.

This might sound counterintuitive but most people eat too many carbs and not enough healthy fats. So your body wants to store the fat.
Eat stuff like almonds, walnuts, a spoonful of unrefined coconut oil, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and pistachio. I like tahini, a sesame seed butter that is delicious saviour or with a banana on some flat bread throughout the day for mini-snacks.
Cut back on processed carbs. The key is to add more natural fats through whole foods.
A systemised program will give you a short cut to working out.
